  Amazing experience! My daughter turns 19 on Monday and I wanted to get her N 19 for it. I went to multiple stores when someone told me I could only find it at a boutique or online. I called since it is 1 1/2 hours from me. It was in stock! The entire team from the phone call to the employees in the store were phenomenal! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much for making my three hour road trip worth it!

  Ok. I don’t shop often with my wife because, well if you’re a husband “you know.” But I have to say that every time I’ve been in this Chanel with my wife, the staff there are great. In particular the young lady who helped my wife the other day. She was bright bubbly informed and fun. And she looked like she came off the set of The Devil Wears Prada. She has it together, along with the others. So go there. They’ll make you feel special. I know my wife did… who also learned something new. A great visit.

  I’m going to echo what everyone else is saying. Clean, and well organized. However the showstoppers are the advisors. I worked with Michael today and he was lovely. Everyone in the store was warm and welcoming. I would recommend this location to everyone

  Matthew & Susan are the best! The boutique is absolutely beautiful. And the customer service & knowledge of the employees is impeccable! Matthew helped me pick out a new pair of Chanel sunglasses I wasn’t expecting to find. And Susan helped me find new concealer, powder, and some new skincare.
