  purchased a pair of gold hoop earrings as a graduation gift for my daughter. They were meant to be a very special gift for an important milestone. From the beginning, the clasps felt loose and not secure. My daughter went back twice to have them tightened, and on the third visit we asked if a replacement pair might be better since the issue kept happening. The replacement pair seemed fine for a few months, until one day one earring came undone and went down the toilet drain. She was devastated. We tried to retrieve it, and the next day my husband removed the toilet, which broke in the process. The earring was never found. Today we stopped in the store just to ask about options, and my daughter did not even have the remaining earring with her. The sales associates were kind and polite, but the manager was dismissive. She did not apologize, quickly said they were their best sellers without even knowing which pair we had, and then said a new one could be made if we wanted to pay more. What should have been a happy graduation gift turned into disappointment and stress. For a luxury brand, the quality did not feel reliable, and the manager’s response made the experience even worse. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying earrings from them.

  Amazing customer service upon entering and leaving. I loved the SA, she offered me many options and even acknowledged my son. Down to the security lol very kind. My associates name was Kay Neil, thank you so much for our experience. ❤️❤️

  New to this jewelry store, buying the ring was easy, I knew what I wanted. When it came time to pick up, they couldn’t find the ring, gave me numerous excuses ask me to come back after 1.5 hours I was told I needed to reorder wait a couple of days for it to arrive. decided to just get a refund. I needed the ring for that weekend was very disappointed with the experience.

  My first time visiting David Yurman in the Westchester Mall and it was a wonderful experience. I had been researching a product online but wanted to make an in-person purchase. I was instantly greeted with a smile, as I entered the store, by Almina. She had the bracelet I wanted and graciously showed me other options, each a work of art. I prefer dealing with an associate who makes purchasing a special gift a breeze. Thank you Almina and David Yurman of The Westchester.
