  Clean, comfortable rooms. Coffee and yummy muffins in the lobby in the morning. Clean fitness center. Beautiful grounds. No complaints.

  Excellent hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The layout and design of it was truly wonderful and peaceful, the perfect place to just relax and het away from things. Highly recommend and would definitely return

  The Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah was an excellent venue for our recent scholarship fundraiser brunch. From the planning process to the execution of the event, the staff was professional, attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Although our main coordinator was not present on the day of the event, it was clear the team was exceptionally well prepared. Everyone worked hard to ensure our guests had a wonderful experience, and the positive energy and professionalism of the staff truly contributed to the success of the afternoon. We especially appreciated the flexibility and accommodations provided during the event, including assisting one of our guests with access to a quiet space for a virtual class. That level of thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Special thanks to Janine (Food & Beverage Director), Maria (Banquet Captain), servers Maria, Lermy, and Anali, and bartender Katina for their outstanding service and hospitality. We are truly grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah for fundraisers, banquets, brunches, and special events.

  We stayed for just one night and it was very elegant and clean in the rooms. The check in staff was very friendly and they had opt-in texts to check on us. The lobby and water feature were a beautiful thing to see while walking in, and from the window of our room. Our room window/door faced inwards and was nice to see the view inside, although people at the bar could be a bit loud. Our only complaints would be the toilet paper holder which we ended up moving the roll from because we had to reach back awkwardly. And the shower didn't have a door to close off the shower and water would get on the bathroom floor. Not anything bad, just not our favorite. Would definitely still stay here again!
