    I purchased hammer gold earrings a few months ago and received a store credit after exchanging a pair I wasn’t satisfied with. Recently, I visited Van Cleef with a colleague, and my sales associate, Justin, told me I did not have any credit on file. I had to pull up my receipt and show him proof, and even then he remained unconvinced until I asked to speak with a manager. Once the manager reviewed my account, the credit was confirmed, and Justin then acknowledged it. However, there was no apology, and the situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and embarrassing, especially in front of my colleague. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this location or working with this particular sales associate.

    坐落在五大道上,店铺没有想象中大,有上下两层。可以步行进入参观,如果是有购物需求的话建议提前预约。因为店里的位置不多,试戴和选品都需要专业销售来接待。不得不说,店里服务真的很不错,销售都跟平易近人,并且赠送的巧克力好好吃🤤

    I’m really disappointed with my experience at Van Cleef & Arpels on Fifth Avenue. Less than a year after purchasing multiple pieces, including this bracelet, we noticed stones falling out one by one. We brought it in expecting normal service support, especially given the price point and reputation of the brand. Instead, my husband was told the damage may have been caused by contact with water and was charged $500 for a repair, on a piece that hasn’t even reached one year of wear. For luxury jewelry at this level, that explanation and outcome are honestly unacceptable. I take good care of my jewelry and do not wear it daily. To see stones falling out so quickly raises serious concerns about durability and quality. We’ve also experienced same issues with other pieces. At this price point, customers expect craftsmanship, longevity, and proper support, not costly repairs within months of purchase. Hoping someone from the team can review this and make it right.

    My fiancé and I walked in to buy a wedding gift and we were a bit nervous due to the reviews BUT Inesa took care of us and was so kind and helpful! Inesa even shared some ideas for my wedding band:) Veronica was also very nice when I arrived to pick up my piece. Happy with our experience! Thank you!
