I have been purchasing here couple times. Quick and great service. Everyone is respectful, polite and patient.

Very rude doorman. I will never enter, nor buy a Valentino merchandise again! We will return a few. Valentino bags that my sister, and I purchased at a store before! We don't need any valentino items! After the rudeness from.the doorman, we went to Versace, and Marc Jacobs, both bags from both, came back around, and flaunted bags, and receipts , at rude Valentino doorman. We Also told him that we could hire him to open, and hold our doors, because the amount we just spent could be his monthly pay! STUPID!!!!

The security(door man) at this place is less than professional. His lack of respect absolutely robs customers of a pleasant shopping experice before even having entered the store. Will never go back. Awful experience.
