  BEST LUXURY EXPERIENCE! I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I’ve had with my Advisor, Viktorria, and Flagship Director, Irma. With my wedding next week, they have truly gone above and beyond to make my wedding look perfect. Viktorria personally coordinated the custom embroidery for my tuxedo shirt, helping manage every detail of the design, while my blazer was tailored to absolute perfection. A huge thank you as well to the alterations team for their exceptional craftsmanship. Irma checked in with me several times throughout the process to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. I have four looks for my wedding, including three from other major luxury fashion houses, and this experience was by far the best. The personal attention, thoughtfulness, and genuine care from Viktorria and Irma represent luxury service at its absolute finest. They made an already incredibly special moment in my life feel even more memorable. I could not be more grateful!

  I brought my Valentino shoes in for repair due to what was clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite this, I was still charged for an adjustment to the shoes. After waiting nearly two months for the repair, I finally collected them. Unfortunately, after wearing them for just one day, the repaired piece came off completely, making it evident that the repair had not been carried out properly. I immediately contacted both the boutique and the after-sales team. It has now been almost a month, and none of my emails have received a response. This has been, by far, the worst experience I have had with a Valentino boutique across multiple countries. The lack of quality control, customer service, and follow-up has been extremely disappointing for a luxury brand.

  Went yesterday to this store to buy boots. Unfortunately, when I tried to open the door to the store, the seller did not let me in, saying that only by appointment. I looked online there is no message that it's only by appointment. She took her time though to look at me how I look.
