Went to see the Larry O’Brien and the whole staff was soo kind and informative. Nobody felt rushed, there were no crazy crowds inside, they even offered to take photos of you with the trophy. 10/10 experience
Went just now to see the Knicks trophy (4 hours before closing). Security guard at the main entrance kindly told me to proceed to the line on 57th street. When I walked over there, I asked another security guard if this was the end of the line, to which he replied “cut off”. I asked for clarification and he rudely told me the line was done in a tone where he expected me to know that.
Maybe have better communication within your staff so you’re not saying completely opposite things and work on speaking respectfully.
The store itself may as well be a museum, and custom service is fantastic - they were kind enough to give me a walk through tour of all 6 floors of the building

My friend and I visited the Tiffany Landmark on Fifth Avenue and had an excellent experience.
On the 6th floor, we were assisted by Mariam, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. She quickly understood the spirit of our trip and shopping experience, making the entire visit feel both enjoyable and personalized.
We were also assisted by Sandra on 3rd floor, who was equally professional and a pleasure to interact with.
We loved the pieces that were presented to us and were very happy with our purchases. The level of service we received truly enhanced the overall experience.

Josh was exceptional. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and worked thoughtfully within my budget, never once pressuring me to spend beyond my comfort level. He focused on learning my personal style and genuinely supported me in building my collection in a way that felt authentic to me. Throughout the experience, he made sure I felt comfortable and cared for even offering me water. The entire experience felt elevated and luxurious. I truly felt like a queen.
