Loved shopping with you!
My father received a Tiffany & Co. mantel clock as a retirement gift in the early 90s. It worked for about a year before failing. I sent it back to Tiffany twice for repair and was charged both times, yet the clock stopped again after about a year. I gave up and It was kept in its original packaging for years until January 2026. A local jeweler adjusted the battery prongs and installed a new battery, which made it run for another seven months—now it’s losing time but still running. And I can't help but wonder what kind of "repair" Tiffany & Co. did on it two times years ago that "fixed" it?
For a clock that cost $500 in the early 90s, this level of performance and quality is unacceptable. Meanwhile, a Seiko mantel clock that I was given has run flawlessly for over twenty years. Don't be fooled by Tiffany & Co. who trades on their name but sells inferior merchandise and won't back it up with complimentary and competent repair service.
We love the store. We went here for my daughter‘s birthday so I can get her her birthday gift and the stuff , the service, the store is beautiful. Amazing. We love it. We will be back.

Had a terrible experience at this location. The two sales people working there were very dismissive and acted condescending.
Made an appointment to look at engagement rings and was told they did not have any record of my appointment. They had no customers when we walked in and could have spent a few minutes to at least be informative or show us what options were available. The two associates were extremely rude and dismissive.
