  I want to say the manager Devyn And the sales associate Michael g really cared about my Bangle bracelet that needed repair. In the past Devyn has helped me with other repairs and it’s always a pleasure to have help when your valuable pieces need service

  Horrible service. Came to get a knot out from a necklace (a complimentary service I’ve done for years) and was told it would be a $175 charge. Will not be returning to this location ever again

  I was shopping for bracelets for my mother, and Laura did an amazing job at helping us find the perfect fit. She was so helpful, kind, and attentive, making me happy about the selection I made.
