  Beautiful location and store, but sales people need more training, stopped in to take a look and was approached oddly by a sales person (I believe his name is Andreas?) who made it seem to only talk about his own interests and outside conversation instead of asking me if I was looking for anything in particular or needed help with anything. I suddenly felt quite dismissed, and didn’t feel welcomed from that experience. Other wise beautiful stuff!

  I cannot describe this store enough to give it justice to how great of an experience I had. Everyone is so friendly and they’re constantly complimenting you and making you feel special. They don’t pressure you to buy anything but can pinpoint your style and really help you to figure out what you want. Nico is the manager and he is so nice. I also met Masum and WOW! He could figure out my size and style and handpicked amazing outfits that looked amazing on me, he did not pressure me to buy anything either, he just was there to help and he did so great. If you visit this store I highly recommend him. I think the over all staff did an amazing job and I absolutely loved the vibes here.

  Everyone should try and shop here. The quality is excellent, location is perfect, the place is welcoming and everybody inside is simply exquisite. From the security personnel to the sales people, they're all willing to help. ❤️

  Went into the store since it’s my dad’s favorite. Very clean and comforting vibes. Received so many compliments when I first walked in. Out of all the places in soho, they definitely have the kindest, most amazing staff!
