Beautiful store with an amazing interior and such a great shopping experience! The iconic staircase is absolutely stunning and even more exciting knowing it was featured in The Devil Wears Prada 2. Spencer, the SA who helped me, was incredibly patient, helpful and made the whole experience even better. Wonderful service from start to finish! 🤍
Caused lots of headache both patrick and Mohammad messed up order go somewhere else
I was really excited to make my first Dior purchase, and while I absolutely love my bag, I was disappointed with the service I received at this location.
The interaction felt rushed and transactional, with very little conversation or effort to make the experience personal. I chose to shop in the boutique because I wanted to see the pieces in person and have the benefit of working with a sales associate, but I left feeling like I could have simply placed the order online.
I initially shared my concerns directly rather than leaving a negative review. The manager, Katia, later called and left me a message asking me to contact her. I returned her call and left a message on the answering machine, but I never received any further contact.
That lack of follow-up was especially disappointing. I appreciated that Katia initially reached out, but if a manager specifically asks a customer to return their call regarding a concern, I think it’s reasonable to expect a response once they do.
I’m very happy with my bag, but unfortunately the customer service surrounding my first Dior purchase left a lot to be desired.

My Dior sales associate SPOILED my wedding dress to my fiancé. I told her I was shopping for a white bag and white shoes for my wedding and she helped me select a few options. While my fiancé was sitting on the couches, I told her my dress was covered in pearls. As we were heading back down the stairs to make a purchase, she said “didn’t you say your dress was covered in pearls?” in front of my fiancé. We both just turned around and looked at her in disbelief. I was in shock. She said, “just kidding!”
The pearls were a very special detail for me. My fiancé gifted me pearl earrings on our first Valentine’s day together and I wear them almost every day. I was so excited to surprise him by wearing the pearl earrings with my matching pearl dress. Instead of walking down the aisle with tears in my eyes, that’s how I walked out of Dior. There goes the surprise. My heart is sad, and I was too upset to buy the bag. Dior will be losing a loyal customer because of this experience. Moral of the story: don’t trust your Dior sales associate to keep details of your wedding dress a secret!

My personal recommendation. One of the most beautiful rooms in New York - House of Dior, at 57th and Madison. Four floors by Peter Marino, steps from where Christian Dior opened his first American boutique in 1948.
