The boutique is absolutely gorgeous and the service is top tier. Aundria, and Tara were especially kind to my friends and I on our first visit to NY. The tea time was wonderful and Andrew was amazing. He went above & beyond. 5 star service all around.
Great staff, was incredibly attentive and polite. Went here to buy a scarf and Bruno was our sales assistant who helped my girlfriend with the scarf purchase. Came here after Hermes on Madison treated us so poorly. 5 stars to the staff at Dior.
Amazing service by Phillip and Venessa. Every time I go to Dior they never disappoint. They are inclusive and always ready to go above and beyond for their clients. It’s no doubt that they deserve the status they have in the fashion world. Thank you so much to Dior and the whole team at this boutique.

Worked with Mark and Remi at the busiest time of the year (Christmas 2025) and my 3 daughters and I (plus one son-in-law and two grandchildren) were treated like QUEENS! We were promptly greeted and given the attention you would expect from a high end shopping experience. We’ve worked with Mark since 2023 and he makes us feel so special! It’s not because we’re spending thousands upon thousand of dollars either. It’s just who he is. This past Christmas he introduced us to Remi and she was just as lovely! The 57th street store is a treat for the eyes but also a treat for the customer!

Brought my niece in for a fashion ring she liked, not one person greeted us upon entry. Some lady with an iPad then approached us after 5 mins, introduced us to a sales person named Bruno - first impression was the obnoxious gum chewing , we asked to see the ring; he proceeded to to check then came back and said “we don’t have the size but SAKS has it so go there”. It was obvious that he had zero interest in exploring other options with us and was quick to direct us out of the store. We then headed towards the Men’s section on the first floor - I inquired about a sweater on a mannequin, the sales person went and check (no clue what was on the front window mannequin, really?), came back and said “we are all sold out but can order one for you” I browsed around some more than asked her how long it would take to have one ord; she then said “ it’s SOLD OUT and we cannot order!” after telling me otherwise - few minutes prior. Again, she offered no alternatives, zero follow up interaction and even though I was interested to explore this new “flagship” location, I couldn’t walk out of the store quick enough. Sales people are the reasons we go into a physical space to shop these days, DIOR should really re-evaluate their training and who they hired for represent the brand. I will not drop a dime in this location and will make sure my experience is shared with everyone I know. Such a shame!
