I originally came in to David Yurman Prince Street in late March to get myself a few pieces and had a wonderful experience with Aya, who walked me through different styles, showcasing how each piece could work together, and I ultimately ended up walking out with exactly what I was looking for. She was incredible from start to end.
Fast forward to May, one of my bracelets snapped and broke at the clasp. I go into the store and explain that the clasp had broken and the sales associate, Tessa, was insistent I must had done something to break the bracelet. I explained to her twice, it snapped off my wrist as I was walking. It did not snag on anything, nor was I being careless with my jewelry. She initially told me I would have to pay to get it fixed because it looked like I had done something to break it. Again, the clasp broke with no interaction from me.
After she checked and came back, she begrudgingly gave me a replacement stating it was “a one time replacement and I need to be more careful next time” without even looking in my direction. The whole experience, while only a 10 minute interaction, completely turned me off.
I love my pieces and will continue to shop, but will only do so if Aya is available. Terrible interaction with Tessa, especially as a paying customer just trying to get their bracelet fixed.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way David Yurman handled my return. I returned a pair of earrings, and now your company is claiming — without providing a single shred of proof — that only one earring was received. No photos, no video evidence, no documentation whatsoever. Just a flat denial and refusal to refund me or compensate me in any way.
To make matters worse, the single earring you sent back was thrown into a tiny plastic bag inside a ripped UPS bag with a hole in it, shoved into another UPS box like complete garbage. The original packaging that I carefully returned the item in was nowhere to be found. For a so-called luxury brand, this level of carelessness and incompetence is embarrassing.
It is unbelievable that a company charging premium prices treats customers like scammers while offering zero accountability for its own handling process. Either your warehouse lost the second earring, your return process is completely disorganized, or someone internally mishandled the package — but instead of investigating properly, you simply decided to blame the customer and keep my money.
I expected professionalism and integrity from David Yurman. Instead, I got dishonesty, terrible customer service, and what feels like outright theft. I will never shop with this company again and will make sure others know how poorly customers are treated when something goes wrong.
The customer service at this David Yurman location is first-rate. The store itself is beautiful, of course, but the welcoming environment is the real selling point. Be forewarned, though: the white-glove service is so good - too good, perhaps - that you could easily spend more than you had initially planned.
I was assisted by both Aya and Naya, and both were exceptional with their level of customer service. Naya provided a warm greeting and helped me until Aya, their brand expert, became available. I was shopping for a men’s pendant necklace for everyday wear, and Aya took the time to walk me through a range of options, sizes, and price points. She was patient, warm, friendly, funny, enthusiastic, and engaging, all without ever making me feel pressured to buy - which, ironically, just made me want to purchase from her even more.
It’s rare to encounter customer service this thoughtful and stellar, and the store is certainly lucky to have both Aya and Naya.
The jewelry itself is exquisite (no surprise there), with a multitude of options for different occasions and budgets. I ultimately settled on a pendant tag from the Waves collection…although, after such a flawless shopping experience, I suspect I’ll be back for more.

Walked in as my boyfriend and I were in the area. Instantly Aya stepped in and assisted us. Her attention to detail was amazing. I’m from NJ and there’s a store about 15 mins from me but I will only have her help me moving forward. Thank you Aya for being you , I really appreciate it !

We had an absolutely incredible experience here with Alexis. My partner and I got engaged and I wanted to get a ring for him too. She was flexible to our arrival (subway delays ofc), kind, welcoming and thoughtful. Along with refreshments, the main event of picking a ring felt calm and joyful (as it should be). She was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure our needs were met now and for the future.
So glad we chose David Yurman for this special purchase and get to work with Alexis here on out.
