  We just had the best shopping experience at Bvlgari in Midtown with Meiyee! We walked in after being out on a hot day carrying a beach bag—definitely not looking like the typical luxury-jewelry clientele—but we were immediately greeted with the biggest smile. Meiyee made us feel completely comfortable and gave us the opportunity to try on some truly incredible pieces. We ultimately chose the Serpenti bracelet as a wedding anniversary gift, and the wonderful experience made the present feel even more special. When it comes to luxury jewelry, we definitely won’t be sleeping on Bvlgari anymore! We left with a beautiful bracelet, delicious chocolates, and feeling genuinely wonderful because of the kindness we received. Thank you, Meiyee—we’ll see you again soon!

  Worst experience. Don’t feel welcomed to be there as a customer at all. Pls train your sales team on basics.
