  We only visited for the Saturday brunch buffet, so I can’t speak to the regular menu, but the brunch experience was surprisingly poor. The buffet food was generally cold, and several items seemed as though they had been sitting out for quite some time. The bread and pastries were stale, and there wasn’t even a toaster available to warm them up. The pancakes were almost comically overcooked. They were so tough that cutting through them required an absurd amount of force, something I’ve never experienced before. It honestly felt like trying to cut rubber rather than a fresh pancake. The atmosphere and location are nice, and the staff was pleasant, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. But the quality and temperature of the food made the brunch experience very disappointing. Hopefully the regular menu is better, because based on brunch alone, I would not return.

  We came in for lunch the other day and it was amazing!! Samantha was behind the bar and she was so great!! She took great care of us and didn't rush us. We had great conversation and she was very knowledgeable on the menu! Thank you Samantha!! The food was yummy and the bananarama was one of the best mixed drinks I've had in a very long time! Not sure how it got its name because it doesn't taste like bananas at all, but it was so good I ordered a second one!!

  I had the best burger of my life here. No joke!! The Ranch Hand is for real! I am from Nebraska where beef is king and this was incredible. When they tell you that the sides are big and shareable, believe them. No notes! Service great. Food great. Atmosphere great.

  We are visiting New York, and we had an amazing time at Bills! We dined in a few nights ago for dinner, and I have not forgotten since. Our server, Daniel, was a very kind young man, was very informative. He recommended to us the "Big Cat" burger, the "ultimate" burger, and I cannot forget the cheese fries! Our kids loved the crazy shakes. They were delicious! We will definitely be coming back when we return to New York!

  After a week of conferences, cocktail hours and receptions, all I really wanted was a burger. Bill's delivered. It seems weird to rave about a hotel restaurant but I can honestly say it was the best meal I'd had in weeks. Cooked to perfection with a healthy side of thin, crispy fries, my Bill's Burger was absolutely delicious. There are so many restaurants available in NYC but trust me, for a good Ole American Cheeseburger, Bill's is the place to go. If you happen to stop in, ask for Max- he was attentive, super informative, friendly but not overly so...a pure professional. 10 out of 10.
