I had an impression that they accommodate two beds into this single bed room - too tight. No water in the room. Air conditioner is too loud. No coffee machine in the room. Essentially you get two beds in one room with 1.5 feet gaps around, useless wardrobe, very small and empty fridge.

i had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was very disappointing, especially because I’ve always had good experiences staying at Holiday Inn hotels in the past.
The hotel was dirty, with stained carpets that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there wasn’t even a place to sit and eat.
The bed was also a serious safety concern. It had a very sharp metal edge that injured my son as he was getting out of bed. This should never happen in a family-friendly hotel.
On top of that, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations in any way. I chose it because I trusted the Holiday Inn brand based on previous positive experiences, but this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort.

⭐️ 1 STAR – BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD
I strongly recommend that travelers think twice before staying at this hotel.
I had already paid for my reservation through Expedia. At check-in, the hotel asked for my credit card for a security deposit/incidental authorization, which I understood would be released after check-out.
Instead, my credit card was actually charged.
After I contacted Expedia and the hotel, I was told that the refund would be processed. Expedia even confirmed in writing that the hotel’s front office supervisor would process the refund and that I should receive the money within 3–7 business days.
More than 15 days later, I still have not received my money.
I provided the requested bank/credit card documentation to Expedia, and I have continued to cooperate with every request. I was even asked for a separate hotel receipt that was never provided to me.
The most frustrating part is that I have documentation showing the charge, documentation showing that the reservation was already paid through Expedia, and written communication confirming that a refund was supposed to be processed.
This is not about a small inconvenience. This is about taking money from a customer’s credit card and then making the customer spend weeks trying to get it back.
If you are staying here, PLEASE check your credit card statement carefully after checkout and make sure that any security deposit or incidental charge is actually released.
I hope the hotel finally does the right thing and returns my money. Until then, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Travelers deserve transparency, honesty, and their money back when they are owed a refund.
Pros: The water pressure in the shower was great and there was enough hot water. The A/C was great although it was dripping and the carpet was wet the first night. A guy tried to fix it but it wasn't fixed. They did fix the dripping A/C the next day though so the carpet eventually dried out. The hotel was very clean so that was really good. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest subway station so as long as you are able to do that walk every time you come and go, you will be able to use the trains.
Cons: Breakfast was PACKED and the food was gone every morning, even though we went down at different times the first couple days. I felt bad for the couple workers who were trying to keep up with the huge crowds of people trying to eat. They were working hard but there is no way the limited staff could possibly keep up with feeding that many people. We abandoned even trying to eat there and ended up buying breakfast elsewhere the rest of the trip. The linens on the beds were TERRIBLE and ruined our sleep. The sheets did not stay on the beds (the corners of the fitted sheet came off every night, even when housekeeping made the beds) and the sheets stuck to our clothes so repositioning during the night pulled the sheets off the mattress and from the other person. The beds were seriously terrible. Our room were SMALL with no space to store clothes. We had to keep our suitcases open on the floor because there was literally no where to put the clothes besides the small closet that only had 5 hangers. There was also hardly any counter space in the bathroom - again no where to put our stuff. I get it that it is NYC, but this was the WORST room we've ever stayed in as far as space-planning goes. The housekeeping cart stayed in the hallway 24/7 the whole week which was unsightly. The coffee machines in the lobby were SLOW because every person had to brew their coffee individually every single time. This may work in a hotel with fewer people, but the two machines could not keep up with the huge crowds that were there every morning. Overall we were extremely disappointed in this hotel and regretted staying there. It was nice to go home just to get out of that terrible room.
