⚠️ My bag was stolen in the lobby and the hotel refused to help.
During my stay at this hotel, my bag disappeared from the lobby. It contained [valuables/personal items]. When I immediately reported it to the front desk and asked them to check the lobby security cameras, management flat-out REFUSED to review the footage. No investigation, no incident report, no apology — nothing.
Think about that: a guest's belongings were stolen inside their property, the cameras would show exactly what happened, and they wouldn't even look.
If the hotel won't lift a finger when something is stolen from you in their own lobby, your safety and belongings mean nothing to them. I had to file a police report on my own with zero cooperation from the staff.
Do not trust this place with your valuables. Stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

Pros:
The room was more spacious than I assumed. The 2 queen beds & bathroom were clean and comfortable, the mini fridge was a great size and was handy, the staff were all super friendly, and the price was comparatively better to other hotels for the same dates. The included breakfast was also much better than I'd expected. Plus, the front desk was happy to hold our luggage before & after check-in/check-out, which was a huge life saver. Oh, and I thought the city view in our room was good for the hotel location. Very pretty! I'm happy to say we didn't run into any elevator wait-times as other reviews mentioned.
Cons:
A/C was loud, rattled like plastic was broken inside during the night, and was in desperate need of a cleaning.
Overall, we were super happy with our stay!

La amabilidad de los staff del lobby es admirable, a la hora que sea. Eso es el mayor valor de este hotel , SU GENTE
Y vinculado con eso , pues que la gente resuelve cualquier cosa que le pidas y esté en sus manos. Gente honesta, amable y servicial.

Se asume que estos hoteles tiene la habitación pequeña,
Pero el aire acondicionado hace más ruido de lo normal, pero eso no es el tema más complicado? Sino el filtro estaba muy sucio y polvoso y si batallas con alergias presupuesta pésimas noches por la pobre calidad del aire acondicionado 😞 creo que si puede el hotel invertir en mantenimiento de estos detalles, pues mejorará la experiencia de los clientes.

The hotel was acceptable overall, but there were several issues that would make us choose a different place next time. The elevators were extremely slow. Many guests and employees preferred taking the stairs because waiting for an elevator could take a very long time, sometimes up to 15 minutes. We also witnessed the elevators stopping unexpectedly with people inside, which was concerning.
Some of the staff members were very friendly, kind, and helpful. However, we observed a supervisor named Camila (or a similar name) interacting poorly with some members of her team. She appeared polite and professional on the surface, always smiling and offering assistance, but the way she treated certain employees left a negative impression on us.
The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of options. Unfortunately, the ventilation throughout the hotel was poor, and some areas felt stuffy and uncomfortable.
If your main priority is saving money, this hotel may be an option, but be prepared to deal with these inconveniences. For us, the overall experience was disappointing enough that we would not choose to stay here again.
Your public response does not match the reality of what I have experienced.
If my concerns had truly been taken seriously, this matter would already have been resolved. Instead, I am still waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit, and I am still trying to obtain clear answers regarding the billing discrepancies that occurred during my stay.
I paid approximately $1,100 in cash and the remaining balance by credit card. Despite that, an additional charge of $325.86 was processed after checkout. The only reason I discovered this charge was because I carefully reviewed my credit card statement after leaving the hotel. If I had not checked my statement, I would never have known about it.
What is even more concerning is that the original checkout records did not clearly reflect all of the payments that had been made. Corrections were only made after repeated complaints and multiple communications.
So when I read that my concerns have been "taken seriously," that does not reflect my actual experience.
A company that is truly concerned about a guest experience does not leave a guest waiting for the return of a security deposit, does not leave billing questions unanswered, and does not require repeated complaints before correcting payment records.
I have receipts, folios, billing records, emails, and documentation supporting everything I have described.
As of today, I am still waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit and for a complete explanation regarding the $325.86 charge that appeared after checkout.
The facts remain simple: I am still missing money, I am still waiting for answers, and I am still waiting for a real resolution.
At this point, actions matter more than words.
