  I booked a premium double room with Two double beds and city view. The room wasn't premium, certainly not double beds and a city view was of the back of a building. The room was so small that it felt like a small box, with more like extra small double beds, my feet hanging in the air all night. Bathroom door was loose and sliding on the carpet. not to mention the parking was a rip off with extremely devious attendants. The staff was nice and helpful other than that everything was a disaster.

  I had previously given this hotel a 1 star review yesterday due to there only being one coffee machine. Today I went to breakfast and there was now two operational coffee machines. Therefore I’ve raised my stars. Good location hotel. Close to subway. Only downside is the room is very tiny for 2 adults and if you have noisy boys in the next room you will hear them at 2am… Previous review: There is only one coffee machine and we are waiting in a 20 minute line at breakfast. Fix the other coffee machine and I’ll raise my rating. I even brought instant coffee from home but there is no coffee maker in the room to use for that. The hot water is also on the one machine.

  I reserved and paid for a room with a view on the top floor and when checking in they gave me a room on the 1st floor by the elevator where I can here ALL the noise from the lobby. Clerk said she couldn’t do anything until the manager came in and then they could “possibly” switch me rooms. But this would have to wait to the next morning. This is inconvenient especially messing with my timeline on sightseeing and other things.

  La seule chose de bien c’est son emplacement. Les chambres sont bruyantes et minuscules. L’hôtel est vieillot pas bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est identique tous les matins. Les chambres ne sont quasiment jamais faite. Sur un séjour de 4 jours la chambre a été faite 2 fois. très déçue de cet hôtel. Il n’est pas très chère voilà le point positif. La literie une horreur les ressorts qui vous broient le corps toute la nuit.

  Ótimo custo-benefício. O grande diferencial é o café da manhã, farto e variado, já que a maioria dos hoteis de NYC não oferece. O salão do café fica lotado e pode repetir à vontade. Vimos muitos hóspedes subindo para os quartos carregados de pães, iogurtes, frutas, hamburgueres, salsichas etc. Alguns até levavam mochilas pra estocar itens do café da manhã... Todos os funcionários são simpáticos com os hóspedes. O metrô fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada. Cabem 4 pessoas nos quartos de 2 camas de casal. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, nem dá vontade de sair do banho! Eu e minha família gostamos muito! Só temos a agradecer.
