  At the foot of the Williamsburg bridge on the Manhattan side. Excellent for a budget stay on Manhattan without having to train or bus in. Cozy room, a bit tight, but everything worked. Tv with available HDMI, AC worked well, instant hot water, functional microwave and mini fridge and convenient subway stops 2 blocks away going up or downtown and plenty of eateries close. Staff was superlative with greetings coming in or out, coffee and iced filtered water available downstairs with a small pay convenience store area onsite. Oh, nearly forgot the business area with printer and the property is entrance controlled with your room key including use of the elevator. So don't lose that key! Hotel and area quite safe with walking around the block at night offered no problem. Just use common sense and don't interact with those acting up. Only minor caveat is the bed was a bit saggy but we slept so not a biggie. No pool, no kitchen except the mini fridge and mini microwave. Would stay again.

  Cassandra at the front desk is a real one. New York is New York, its refreshing to have staff like her to help make your stay the best it can be!

  Location is very close to the subway. Rooms were quite outdated and not that clean, lots of dust on the surfaces and dirt on the floors. Toilet was leaking. Room service only came 3 times in 7 days, sometimes as late as 6 pm. Rooms towards the street are quite loud. I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless necessary
