On behalf of my family, I would like to personally thank Mr Andres for the warm hospitality he accorded to us during our stay there. We needed a change of room from a super small, king-sized bed hotel room at NYC LES Holiday Inn to a larger room to accommodate our baby stroller and two extra large luggages. He was swift to provide us with the necessary change after an immediate request and assured us of the smooth arrangement. Our stay in NYC became much more comfortable because of his attentiveness. Thank you so much Mr Andres. You made our daunting first-time trip to NYC a memorable one. Our child appreciate it too for you have given us good memories of the trip.

Stayed here for a weekend vacation and the rooms were clean and cozy, the bathrooms clean with hot water, daily cleaning, warm beds, and super easy access to the subways and Essex Market. Cassandra and Ruby were super helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return for every future trip to NYC.
