Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, ganz nah an der Grand Central Station
Es liegt in einer sehr sicheren und sauberen Gegend. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und es gibt eine tolle Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zimmer ordentlich sauber und groß genug. Die Betten bequem und sauber. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und kommen immer wieder

透過 Chase訂房很划算,位置靠近Grand Center地鐵車站也很方便,二樓lobby還有檸檬水可以喝,但這次住宿有兩個小缺點:
1. WiFi訊號有點差,在房間訊號非常不穩
2. 第一天入住的時候發現沒有冰箱在冰箱該在的位置,第一晚晚上打電話給前台,前台請人送了一台小冰箱來,我把冰箱搬進房間插上電,發現冰箱依然不能使用,換一個有電的插座也一樣,因此第二次致電給前台,前台表示沒有其他冰箱了,我詢問是否可以隔天白天整理房間的時候更換冰箱,對方表示沒問題,但是第二天晚上回去後,冰箱也沒有被更換,後來因為行程勞累我就沒有再詢問了
對於每天行程滿滿回家睡覺的我來說,沒有冰箱並沒有很嚴重,但以我經常入住IHG的經驗來說,這樣的服務水準還有不少進步空間
I stayed in EVEN midtown during Memorial Day weekend. The location of the hotel is excellent among all the hustle bustle of NYC, walking distance from food and subway station. Room was clean cosy and updated. Service is excellent. However, I tried the breakfast for one morning, ordered just eggs and oatmeal, paid $33 but it wasn’t good. Same goes with the drinks in the bar. Bartender seems to be off in mood and drinks were pretty bad. So overall, rooms and service are great but avoid food and drinks.
This hotel experience was so horrible, absolutely not 4 stars.
Firstly, no one ever answers the front desk - EVER. I stayed for 4 nights and every single night I called 3 times before someone finally answered. Another issue is that the walls of the hotel rooms are extremely thin- you can hear every small noise your neighbor makes, doors slamming and closing, people dropping things on the floor. It was so awful and my mom slept terribly the entire time. Another issue is that the staff are so incompetent and gave us wrong info which caused us more stress in the long term. For example, they said that a taxi has a flat rate of $115 from the hotel to Newark airport. But after we arrived at the airport the driver had no idea about the flat rate deal with the hotel (this happened to both my mom and my dad separately). The driver got into an argument with us and thought we were trying to rip him off, when we were just going by what the front desk staff said.
Absolutely horrible experience.
