  Posizione perfetta, un'isolato da Grand Central e vai dove vuoi. Ma tutto sommato molto tranquillo. Camera buona, letti comodi e doccia super. Servizio colazione rivedibile a mio avviso, ma se non incluso ci sono mille opzioni nel caso.

  This was our first hotel on our stay in New York and I really liked it. Great location and very easy to walk to lots of areas. The room and the bathroom are very nice with complimentary teas and coffees. Lovely huge bed that was very comfortable. We had a problem connecting to their in house wifi and the staff were very helpful trying to fix it for us. I would highly recommend.

  Es la 3ra vez que me quedo en este hotel, siempre estuvo todo bien pero esta fue desastrosa. Desde que llegué me cambiaron arbitrariamente la habitacion de cama king a dos camas dobles. El housekeeping es irrespetuoso, solo pasan una vez muy temprano y luego cuando le pides toallas limpias o papel higienico te responden mal enviandote a pedir al front desk.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. On my first night, I woke up covered in multiple extremely itchy bug bites. The itching was so severe that I could barely sleep and it continued for days, affecting the rest of my trip. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. The hotel told us that there were no other rooms available, so we were not able to switch rooms. The only compensation they offered was two breakfast vouchers, which felt completely inadequate considering the situation. I simply could not tolerate staying in that room for another night, so I checked out early and paid out of pocket to move to a different hotel. For a hotel charging these rates, guests should not have to worry about being bitten while they sleep. The lack of an effective response was even more disappointing than the bug issue itself. I hope the hotel takes this problem seriously and thoroughly inspects its rooms before other guests have the same experience. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

  Wonderful hotel! Very Quiet!! An oasis after many miles of walking each day! The staff were amazing!!!! Every person we met each day was nice and helpful. Our room was on East 44th street a quiet one-way street. About 6 to 9 minute walk to Grand Central. We only heard traffic two times in 5 nights when an ambulance went by and a motorcycle one day. I was amazed how quiet since we were in NYC. We only heard other guests one evening when they came in. Never heard people in rooms adjacent to us. Rooms are spacious for NYC (there were 4 adults in this room comfortably), very comfortable beds, clean, modern/pretty and we had a great view. Air very cold as needed (you can adjust the temp). My roommates liked it colder than I, so I requested a blanket for me. They sent one up in 2 minutes. We all had a place to put our things. Each of us had 1 carry-on suitcase and a backpack. I liked all the little shelves that gave me places to put smaller things. The large shelf that opened flat helped as well. Storage area tucked behind the bathroom door. Unscented and clean smell! So thankful not to have fake scent in the room. We were on the 23rd floor. I had asked to be located away from the elevator. It was located at the end of the hall so only two rooms were close to it anyway. We were 4 rooms down. Never heard it. 3 fast elevators! Bathroom nice with two shower heads. Good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion all well stocked with nice light scent. Our towels were replaced daily and beds made daily. Amazed at how she was able to make our beds with the mess we left each day. We tipped her!!! So thankful to come back to clean towels and a made bed each day. There was also a self-serve place to buy drinks and and snacks if needed a midnight snack. Nice terrace on second floor. They will keep your luggage for you if you want to see the city after checkout. They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon departure for a flat rate. We wanted to take the trains into Grand Central coming into the city but Taxi back to airport was worth it. We loved our experience with EVEN and would stay again!
