    We visited the Audemars Piguet House with my sister to try on a few watches and add some pieces to her wish list, and we had a fabulous experience. The House in the Meatpacking District is incredibly well done — you can really see the time and effort they’ve put into showcasing the brand’s ethos around art, music, sports, and hospitality within the adaptive reuse space. It almost feels like a small museum inside as well, with historical timepieces on display going back to the early 1900s. The service was even better. We met with Sun, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to teach us so much about the process and the history of the brand. It really feels like a true collective effort — you can sense the craftsmanship and continuity across the entire organization, and how the family and team have preserved traditions that have kept the brand thriving for over 150 years. Hopefully my sister gets one of these watches off her wish list soon. We’re excited to continue visiting more Houses in the future. This was our second location after Atlanta — shoutout to the team there as well.

    My visit to AP House Soho was, quite simply, a life-altering experience. Coming from a profession where technical precision and mechanical reliability are everything, I have a deep appreciation for high-level engineering. However, Sacha Zabotin and the team at Soho showed me that horology, in its purest form, is about far more than just "the machine"—it is about soul, heritage, and the human connection. Sacha is a true professional and an asset to the brand. He didn't just walk me through a collection; he shared the "why" behind the craft. The level of hospitality and the genuine passion for the art of watchmaking in this space is unparalleled. Being welcomed into the AP family in such an inspiring architectural setting was a highlight of my time in New York. If you are looking for an experience that transcends a typical boutique visit and delves into the heart of what makes Audemars Piguet iconic, this is it. Thank you, Sacha, for a perspective-shifting afternoon. I look forward to seeing that deep blue dial in the cockpit soon. — Sushant S.

    I had an appointment at AP House NYC and was genuinely excited to visit, brought my wife and newborn. I’ve recently started collecting vintage Audemars Piguet pieces and was really looking forward to learning more about the brand, its history, and culture. The museum at the beginning was a great touch and set a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience quickly fell off from there. The salesperson I was paired with was a major disappointment. Instead of engaging in a conversation or asking about my interest in the brand, I was immediately asked, “What do you want to try on?” and then told, unprompted, “If you’re looking for a Royal Oak, it’s not going to happen I’ve never seen it happen ” It was a strange and off putting way to start an interaction. Being told upfront that you won’t be able to access the brand’s most iconic piece, without any context or relationship building, felt dismissive and it didn't help that he was on his phone the whole time I was with him. I came in hoping to build a connection and deepen my appreciation for the brand, but unfortunately left with a bad taste in my mouth.
