  I have a feeling this will be the first hotel in New York that I actually return to. Ideally situated for everything. Great public transport within 100yds. Walkable from penn station easily. Rooms spacious for New York, really comfortable and impeccably clean. I had an accessible room and could actually 360* a mobility scooter inside. Highly recommended - especially Emmanuel on reception who will make your stay a joy.

  The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything the neighbors were chatting about at 2am as if they were in my room. Staff was helpful once I asked them to intervene, but I could barely sleep because of all the hallway noise

  Was blown away by the value this hotel offers! The staff were the best I have ever experienced. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities on site were perfect. Not to mention a great location!

  Great location near subway, MSG, and tons of shopping and eateries. Front desk staff was always very welcoming and friendly, notably Chris (Christopher). I liked the security of the front door locking at 9pm and access to a hydration station by the front desk. Even though the rooms were on the smaller side and the beds as well, the beds were very comfortable. The rooms had exercise equipment in case you wanted to get a quick stretch or workout. We had an issue with the tv that we had to reset every time. I'm not really sure what was going on with that. We basically just had to unplug a cable and plug it back in each time we turned it on. I also think it would be helpful for the rooms to have more hooks and towel hangers throughout because there were none to hang coats or purses. Even on the 21st floor you could hear cars honking and sirens pretty loud. After a while, you get used to it, but the windows are definitely not soundproof. The hotel itself is very modern and has beautiful decor throughout. The elevators are also very fast and reliable. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
