  Had an amazing experience at David Yurman thanks to Stephen. I came in needing a repair on my chain, and he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He took care of the repair for me completely free of charge and refused to take any money, which I really appreciated. Stephen went above and beyond and made the entire experience incredibly easy. Customer service like that is rare these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him. Highly recommend asking for Stephen!

  The staff here is so helpful, truly the best customer service. Renae and Lauren were so great. They were both so knowledgable and knew exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend this location

  3 weeks postpartum and I TOTALLY spaced on ordering my husbands gift in time to be shipped overnight. Susan and Dakota saved my day and completely made my husbands birthday celebration! One of the best customer service experiences I've had in retail in such a long time. Truly the kindest two humans, thank you Susan & Dakota!!!
