  I had a great experience at the Bellagio Dior store. I was so nervous to go after seeing the reviews on here, but I was treated with nothing but kindness by multiple staff members and was helped right away. My autistic daughter was rather chatty being silly and they did not make us feel unwelcome whatsoever and were warm and smiley. I got exactly what I wanted :)

  Both SAs were amazing, especially Sal. This has been hands-down our best Dior shopping experience in the US so far. We'll definitely be directing more of our business to this store.

  I went to this store a few days ago and was helped by Sal. He was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect shoe, made sure I tried different sizes for the best fit, and gave thoughtful advice that helped me feel confident in my decision. The experience was so welcoming and kind. I know some luxury stores have a bad stigma of making people feel unwelcome at times, and I’ve experienced that myself being a younger woman in my 20’s who doesn’t typically dress absolutely amazingly at all times. But my experience at Dior Bellagio really changed my perspective, especially thanks to Sal. His energy is so kind and he’s very helpful. Attached is the gorgeous loafer I purchased too🙂 in perfect condition and so very comfy!

  This Dior location has poor customer service. I called to inquire if they have an item I am looking for goes to VM. Left a message no call back. I will just shop online. And they wonder why the boutiques are closing. No one knows what customer service is anymore. Good luck making sales with this customer service.

  An exceptional experience every single time at Dior in the Bellagio. Han truly makes this boutique feel like a second home—he always greets us with open arms and genuine warmth. His level of service is unmatched: attentive, knowledgeable, and effortlessly thoughtful. He goes above and beyond to make sure every visit feels special, never rushed, and always luxurious. Han is a huge reason we keep coming back, and he represents Dior beautifully. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!
