I had a wonderful experience ordering from the David Yurman outlet in Las Vegas. Tanya was incredibly helpful in keeping me updated on pieces I was interested in and made the entire process feel personal and seamless. Ociel was also fantastic to work with, especially in assisting me over the phone with my latest transaction.
The customer service I’ve received from both of them has been exceptional, and my pieces arrived the very next day. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience. I look forward to future purchases!

Sadly, customer services hasn't improved much at the outlet store. I visit every time I go to Vegas (which is at least once a year with the last time being October 2025) with the intent to purchase. However, I change my mind EVERY SINGLE TIME because of the horrendous customer service. I understand it's an outlet store but that doesn't mean one should receive subpar service.
An other note, the Flagship store customer service is SPECTACULAR!!!! Everyone is pleasant from the time you enter until the time you exit!

My first and last time into a David Yurman store. Decided to stop in while at the outlet mall in search of the petite X or open cable ring. I walked in and instantly felt not welcomed and had to ask the taller blonde lady if she was even able to help me because she was too busy standing glaring at me (there were also about 4 others just standing staring but blonde was closest to me). She informed me they did not have it and to try Caesars. Her demeanor prompted me to not want to ever enter another David store. You gave me the service of a WalMart jewelry department not a luxury brand ( have received better service there). Customer Service and a simple "Welcome to the store" goes a long way and if you are not wanting to help any type of person in the store, you probably have the wrong job and should not be in customer service.
