Christopher has always made every experience at Chanel exceptional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for the past 14 years, and I truly can’t say enough great things about him, the store, and the entire staff. Christopher consistently makes the shopping experience effortless, enjoyable, and memorable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care are what keep me coming back year after year. Highly recommend!
The worst CHANEL I’ve ever been. No sells will come to help you even though they see you entered the store and they don’t have other customers. We asked for a pair of shoes and waited for 10 minutes but still no one came. Do not worst your time here.
Had a negative experience like no other time at a Chanel boutique. Although this brand has quality items, quality service was not provided by the sales associate at this store. I’ve gotten help at other boutiques where my purchases are shipped to my home, and I receive follow up if needed. However, Marge did not respond or provide an update after I made an order. Hope to inform customers before they have a negative experience.

I had a great experience at this boutique because of Mays. She was absolutely incredible and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. She greeted us almost immediately and was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive from the start. She showed me a wonderful variety of bags, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and thoughtfully helped me get on the waitlist for a bag I’ve been waiting for. I especially appreciated her honesty and expertise in helping me determine which bag was truly the right fit for me, rather than simply pushing a sale. Her professionalism and genuine care made the experience feel personal and elevated, exactly what you hope for at Chanel.

They didn't let me in with a stroller. Not politely asked, but rudely stopped with a palm to my face. The service is horrible in general. They don't know their inventory, they are unwilling to look up what they have or what's available at other locations.
