  Came in with my husband and we were greeted warmly and quickly. We were introduced to Silvia, who was excellent, very polite, and professional. I purchased 2 lovely fragrances, Mademoiselle intense and the new Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif. The packaging with ribbons were perfect. Silvia gave us sparkling water and a handful of free samples.Will definitely be purchasing the 1957 fragrance she sampled for me and will come back to Silvia to purchase a bag!

  Shoutout to advisor : 7203 Sahar, the sales associate who sold me a Chanel bag without providing a box or even a proper paper bag. Definitely not the luxury experience I expected. One negative experience shouldn’t be enough to impact the reputation of such a well-known brand—this needs attention.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Chanel boutique at Bellagio. From the moment I walked in, the level of attention and professionalism stood out. The staff provided excellent attendance and were genuinely attentive without being overwhelming. Their customer service awareness was impressive they quickly understood what I was looking for and guided me with suggestions. Most recently, I was attended by Richard, who is truly a gem. His professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge made the experience exceptional. He was prompt, attentive, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. On a previous visit, Florence assisted me and she was equally wonderful, very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I’ve visited other Chanel stores before that haven’t quite measured up. The service here sets a higher standard. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location.
