  Such a disappointment, I am French and that’s the first time I see such a low level of luxury service! What a shame, hopefully Chanel head office Paris will check all these bad reviews and the poor level of these people working for them … guys you will never buy class and education just by working at a prestigious French house! Store manager of there is any !!! You should hire better people … if not go work for Ross

  Sam was fantastic with service. 10/10. Very informative on our options, ordering items, how to time visits to get limited items, and the fit and size from collection to collection. He was the best at providing a luxury experience! Thanks Chanel and Sam!

  Came in with my husband and we were greeted warmly and quickly. We were introduced to Silvia, who was excellent, very polite, and professional. I purchased 2 lovely fragrances, Mademoiselle intense and the new Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif. The packaging with ribbons were perfect. Silvia gave us sparkling water and a handful of free samples.Will definitely be purchasing the 1957 fragrance she sampled for me and will come back to Silvia to purchase a bag!
