  SHORT HILLS MALL Brought in a simple repair. Associate was extremely rude and dismissive throughout entire transaction. While she helped complete my request, warrants mentioning her attitude was unacceptable . Did not smile once and seemed bothered by the whole situation. Was going to look at some earrings, but was entirely put off by the whole experience.

  I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had today with my sales associate Naz. I came in wanting to look over a few different wedding band options and she brought the magic to make my ideas come to life. Naz was warm, friendly AND hilarious. It’s nice to feel like you’re chatting with a real person who offers honest and sincere advice. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and was very professional. I would strongly recommend Naz to anyone visiting this location.
