  I had exceptional experience this morning at Chanel Fragrance and Beauty Boutique, I met Chanel ambassador Josephine, she’s so knowledgeable and incredible professional . I was looking for a specific product , she gave me an answer with great alternative options since the product is retired. I will be def return , just because of her .

  I was recently at this store for the first time about 2 weeks ago and had the most wonderful experience! This tells girls were very helpful they explained everything! They were not pushy trying to make any sales! They did not make any upsell recommendations that did not make sense to what I was showing them that I liked. I can tell they were paying attention and the recommendations they gave me respite on! So please do visit this site if you have not Denso already! Maybe take some girlfriends because you will have a great time!

  I went there to get a mascara. The sales person Amanda R helped me, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up buying two more items . I told her that she is a good sales person.

  I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I came in to make an appointment for my mother and I to get our makeup done for my cousins wedding. Kenny was great and made sure everything was set up and as well followed up closer to the date. Amanda did our makeup. She listened to all our requests and made great suggestions for my mother and I. She was so sweet and professional! We had the best time. We received so many compliments at the wedding. Amanda made the day so special. The next time I have an event, I’m going straight to see her again!

  Biased and discriminatory treatment. Unprofessional and inappropriate directors who chose to lie in front of my face, and whisper behind the clients back and disingenuous niceness. Very unprofessional and only failed and played themselves.
