  I came to the Chanel store to have a pair of sunglasses repaired after a dog used them as a chew toy. Justin was so incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of submitting photos to the repair house, the wait period, having them shipped off, and eventually returned back to me (they completely replaced my sunglasses BTW!) The service was so personal, from in store interactions to the update texts. Not only was Justin an absolute doll, but every little conversation I had with every other staff member was so genuine and sweet. I didn’t know what to expect going in and was kinda nervous as my Chanelies are one of my most prized possessions, but the employees at this location blew me away with their kindness and care. I can seriously say that I have never had such an amazing customer service experience. Plus, everyone is just fabulous. I will absolutely be coming back in to buy lipsticks and perfume all the time just to see these lovely people again. I’m not really a review person, but I just had to give endless thanks and praise to Justin and the staff!!!! Your effort does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!!!!

  I had a make up consultation with Andrew as he did my make up for an engagement photo shoot. It was amazing! Not only did I feel beautiful, I now have the skills (and products) to recreate the look for special occasions. Thank you!
