  Purchased a new ring and bracelet here, customer service is good. My only advice is to come once they first open, or you will be waiting for a bit as they are usually busy throughout the day.

  One of the most pleasant experiences anyone can have when looking to buy jewelry. I was greeted the SECOND I walked in, firstly by the store manager, Derrick, followed by other team members Ronnie and Kaitlyn. I ended up being in here way longer than I anticipated, but left with no regrets. I was matched with Ronnie Jackson, brand ambassador for the remainder of my time there. He was so full of knowledge, filling me in with the story and background of David Yurman. I was extremely fascinated and was that much more attentive to what they had to offer. I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness making me feel like I was back at a boutique store somewhere in Europe. Thank you all for your kindness, patience, I will be back, sooner than later!

  I recently stopped by David Yurman to have my jewelry cleaned and check out some new pieces. I was greeted by Rebecca, who was extremely kind, attentive, patient, and provided excellent customer service. She made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable as she provided me with education and all of the pieces and even gave great recommendations. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend stopping in and asking for Rebecca!

  Rebecca needs hardcore professional training on not showing her racism to paying customers. She also needs to be trained on keeping her racist staring to a minimum. Will not return nor recommend.
