  I had the pleasure of visiting the Charlotte location for my first ever Yurman purchase and the customer service in store was amazing! Mother’s Day weekend was super busy but I did not feel rushed at all during my shopping experience. I shopped with Ronnie, he made my experience smooth and fun.   Couldn’t tell me the size of the rings that I brought in. Cause they are from another brand, the lady said. Guess where I’m not buying a surprise gift for my wife.

  Let me just say I have been a LOYAL David Yurman fanatic for over 20 years. I have collected my DY very casually over that time but I wear them proudly and get so many compliments each time. That being said I am shouting out the DY team in Southpark and Ronnie Jackson for upholding a service and clean that went above and beyond my expectations. Ronnie always has a warm vibe and never hesitates to assist. The pieces came out spectacular that were serviced! Thank you management for being a CLASS ACT on making this a great experience! PS I already have friends asking questions about David Yurman after posting my items being picked up! I told them I will show them the way to Southpark! Haha Thanks Team!
