Representative looked at us twice and never greeted us. There was only one other person in the store. She was on her phone, unbusy. Check your employees customer service knowledge because she was extremely confused as to why we were offended. The one who looks like a rock star…black hair, skinny white chick..long ponytails. Her coworker saved her. Older white woman with a blonde ponytail.

I would give Chanel a two based on the return policy, which is only two weeks. They don’t mention that upfront and if you’re from a distance, it may only get there once a month. It is not a convenient policy most luxury brands give 30 days.
I was extremely underwhelmed with the staff. The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. I would think for Chanel that the appearance of the staff would be better. Both females did not look the part. I asked about optical frames. The black female associate advised me “we don’t have optical; we have blue light.” You’re trying to correct and miss out on a potential sale. Where does it state that blue light isn’t considered optical? I wouldn’t purchase anything. It is truly concerning that these sales associates carry on as if the people whose salaries are more than there’s aren’t good enough to shop in the very stores where they’re not even adequately compensated. The sales associates attitudes were so outputting that I’d never give them a dime of my money.
Extremely cold, unfriendly, and miserable-looking staff. The woman who “helped” me acted like she did not want to be there and hated her job (and me). She was condescending, rude, and mispronounced the names of the products to boot. The store was empty and she made me feel like I was majorly inconveniencing her. Not the kind of service I expect from Chanel, especially not when paying $80+ for a tiny amount of a single product. I honestly almost walked out without buying what I had specifically went there to get.
The staff are obviously in desperate need of retraining. Now I know why the store was empty. I will be buying my Chanel products online or at one of the department stores in the same mall instead. If I could give zero stars, I would.
