  Lauryn at the Chanel boutique in SouthPark Mall is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk through the doors, she makes you feel welcomed and valued. Her knowledge is absolutely incredible—whether it’s Chanel skincare, makeup, ingredients, or finding products tailored specifically to your skin, she knows it all. She also has an amazing eye for style. Every time she helps me pick out sunglasses, she knows exactly which pair will complement my face shape, and she’s always right! Her recommendations are thoughtful, personalized, and make the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. Beyond her expertise, Lauryn is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about every customer she helps. Her smile is contagious, and she has a way of brightening everyone’s day. She’s the reason I keep coming back—not just to purchase products or sunglasses, but sometimes just to stop in and say hello.   Representative looked at us twice and never greeted us. There was only one other person in the store. She was on her phone, unbusy. Check your employees customer service knowledge because she was extremely confused as to why we were offended. The one who looks like a rock star…black hair, skinny white chick..long ponytails. Her coworker saved her. Older white woman with a blonde ponytail.

  I would give Chanel a two based on the return policy, which is only two weeks. They don’t mention that upfront and if you’re from a distance, it may only get there once a month. It is not a convenient policy most luxury brands give 30 days.
