  My Bulova bracelet of 5 years broke so I was in the market for a new one. I ended up buying a David Yurman thanks to John V.’s consultative suggestions. He under promised and over delivered by getting the bracelet delivered today which I was not expecting until next week. He and Clara along with their team are amazing! I highly recommend them and this legendary brand.

  Walked in with my friend and we were quite literally the only two people in this store. No greeting, just an employee who stared. We then noticed another employee, who also did not greet us. You would think basic customer service would be taught to these employees, but it seems like it wasn't. It wasn't until my friend mentioned ordering online when an employee asked if we needed help finding anything. Do not waste your time going here, a bunch of rude, lazy, discriminatory employees.

  If I could give this location 100 stars, I would! Dixie is a complete gem. She is always so kind, helpful, and patient. Everyone in the store is friendly and eager to help you. They helped make my 40th birthday so memorable. I will always be grateful for that. The beautiful jewelry is the cherry on top!!
