  Customer service was terrible. We came in ready to buy something, but because we were dressed casually, the staff didn’t greet us and just pointed us in a direction. The atmosphere was so unwelcoming that we decided to leave without buying anything. We still said, “Thank you,” on our way out, but the staff just glanced at us and didn’t respond. Very disappointing.

  This location was very warm and inviting. I walked in to pick up an order I placed online. I was treated with respect and kindness by Maria. Maria offered beverages while I waited on my order. She also mentioned they were having their annual sale soon and asked if I would be interested in her notifying me. Excellent luxurious service from a sales associate.

  My buddy Carlos told me this was a great place to shop for Christmas presents. The prices were a bit too high for me personally but it seemed like some really nice stuff. I hope all these fantastic products find nice owners who can afford such a luxury.
