Roberto is the greatest associate in Chanel History.
My experience here has always been great! Michael is super nice, showing me all the things I requested with great tips and advice. He makes me feel welcomed and very well taken care of. Will come back for both high quality products and great customer service!
Highly unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Why offer services such as special shopping session appointments if you cannot have staff for it? When we arrived at the store on time, we were asked to wait while the staff continued to help other customers that came in after us. After 10 mins when we asked for an update they said that their staff member is on break and they can’t do anything about it.

Had a 3 pm special shopping session booked, they didn't have the staff to show us around. We waited for over 10 mins to be told they can't do anything about A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
