  Jennifer was exceptional from start to finish. I walked away with beautifully done makeup and a few new products. She provided details on each product and application. We chatted about Coco Chanel and the origin of some of her most iconic products. This was far more than a stop by Sephora for some new products. She created an experience that truly honors the Chanel legacy.

  My experience here has always been great! Michael is super nice, showing me all the things I requested with great tips and advice. He makes me feel welcomed and very well taken care of. Will come back for both high quality products and great customer service!

  Highly unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Why offer services such as special shopping session appointments if you cannot have staff for it? When we arrived at the store on time, we were asked to wait while the staff continued to help other customers that came in after us. After 10 mins when we asked for an update they said that their staff member is on break and they can’t do anything about it.

  Had a 3 pm special shopping session booked, they didn't have the staff to show us around. We waited for over 10 mins to be told they can't do anything about A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
