  I went inside to get one thing. They were helpful with the shade match. Then the associates kept on trying to get me to smell perfumes even though I tried to politely decline since I don’t like chanel perfumes(everyone’s different! I just don’t like them). Then she tried to find one I liked by telling me that one particular perfume is some bts member’s favorite. I’m not Korean and I don’t even listen to kpop. Next time I’ll just go to Nordstrom.

  My friend and I stopped in on our visit to Baltimore. Elaine took such good care of us and introduced us to new Chanel products! 5 Stars for Elaine!

  Finally went into Chanel Beauty and Seema took such good care of me genuinely one of the best experiences I've had there. She was so attentive and just made everything feel easy. Definitely asking for her again next time.

  The workers here are so rude, off putting, and passive aggressive. It’s genuinely distracting from the shopping and scents I had in mind. I tried coming here 3 times and each time I left because the workers are just so distracting and not helpful. Better to go to Nordstrom to have a better experience and support.

  I popped in on the off chance that this location carried the Les Exclusifs line and they did! I smelled *all* the smells and had a wonderful time with my new bestie Tamera even if she is my wallet's latest enemy. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I'm a lot, but she answered all my questions and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy anything. That said, I did walk out with a bottle of fragrance and I'm over-the-moon in love with it. Can't wait to go back! P.S., the other lovely lady there (I believe she's the fragrance pro) was also so super nice and friendly, but I neglected to catch her name :(
