  I popped in on the off chance that this location carried the Les Exclusifs line and they did! I smelled *all* the smells and had a wonderful time with my new bestie Tamera even if she is my wallet's latest enemy. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I'm a lot, but she answered all my questions and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy anything. That said, I did walk out with a bottle of fragrance and I'm over-the-moon in love with it. Can't wait to go back! P.S., the other lovely lady there (I believe she's the fragrance pro) was also so super nice and friendly, but I neglected to catch her name :(

  Everyone at Chanel beauty is so lovely, especially Seema! She always goes above and beyond to make my experience nothing short of amazing. I am always met with kindness and positive energy! I would definitely recommend stopping in to check out all of their beautiful skincare, fragrances and makeup. Seema always gives me the best recommendations and is very knowledgable about all of the products, I always leave feeling radiant! Thank you Seema for being such a lovely person!

  Poor experience- my husband booked a makeup appointment for my Valentine’s Day gift at this location on 2/21. We drove an hour because there is no Chanel beauty near us. Ultimately, I did not feel my makeup was done properly at all. Eyebrows left untouched (not even shaded in). I felt forced by the staff who did my makeup and pressured into buy everything she used on me. She was very nice during the service but when it came time to checkout and I only ended up purchasing the foundation it was very obvious her attitude had changed. I will not be coming back to this location.

  The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and fun. This is truly an experience and they can walk you through the best options and educate you on the history of this iconic brand as well.

  I reallyed shopping here and was helped by Tamera. Although the sunglass selection is limited, She was sure to show me everything that they had And give me honest opinions about the items I tried on. I was able to find a pair that I really really liked for the summer In sample the new Gabrielle fragrance. She was patient and helpful, which I really appreciated. Can’t wait to shop the Makeup side of the store when it’s not 100° outside lol
