  I came in to return my bracelet purchase, which was bought with cash. Apparently, buying things with cash is a huge deal now a days and the workers at Tiffany's find that it is a big deal to process the return. I had all my receipts with me, but I was made to feel like I was lying about paying cash for an item and then wanting to return it. I was given only some cash back at the point of return and was told I would receive a check for the remaining amount. The cashier checking me out made a mistake on the check amount, one of the many mistakes she made. It has been over 2 months, and I still have not received the check in the mail. However, Tiffany's has my brand new bracelet. I feel like I lost money, time, and was made to feel badly as a customer.

  If I could give a zero star review I would. My boyfriend spent a lot of money to get me this necklace for our two year anniversary. After LESS THAN 48 hours this happened to it. I immediately stopped wearing it and took it in. We said we would like to return it and they said they would clean it for free on the spot and it wouldn't happen again. Sure enough, it happened again. He went to return it and they first said no returns without the bag AND the box. After he called Tiffany & Co and told them that wasn't true, they then said he couldn't return it because I had already worn it. They were SO rude to him and this is what my Necklace looked like after less than 2 days of wearing - not doing anything out of the ordinary wearing it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! Now I am stuck with this tarnished necklace.

  I absolutely love this place. The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all of their pieces and I had an amazing experience with Laurie who helped me and my fiancé pick out the perfect engagement ring! I shop for all of my jewelery here and they always offer tea, champagne, chocolates and complimentary jewelry cleaning and it makes my shopping experience at Tiffany’s that much better! I would recommend this place to anyone seeking fine jewelry! Such a breath of fresh air!
