  That’s kind of odd, because we never had a bad experience here. They’re all very courteous and helpful people at this store. I have absolutely no complaints. I love David Yurman and I have a few elegant pieces from them!

  I was visiting Boston for a conference and strolled through Copley Place on a quiet afternoon. I walked in looking for a specific amulet for my box chain that I’ve had my eye on for a while. Maggie super helpful, quick to assist, and showed me the amulet on my chain. A very convenient and efficient experience. I purchased the St. Michael amulet and couldn’t be happier. I received a cold water on my way out which was welcomed since I was walking around on this humid day. I highly recommend visiting this location!

  Isaiah Is the GOAT!!!!!!! He was working as the manager as the time and he couldn’t have been any better. One of my brackets needed a repair and instead of me having to go through a lot of headaches he replaced it for me with a new bracelet. 10/10!! Everyone in there is also really nice and respectful.

  Brought my jewelry to get cleaned, during this, I was discussing different pieces (pendants) with Caleb and he was excellent and informative. Felt welcoming and had a great shopping experience.

  Came in today because a co-worker recommended me this jewellery spot. John was super helpful in helping me find a lot of great pieces, not just random ones but ones that go well with my current bracelets! Can't wait to come back in and work with him
