  Recently visited the store in Newbury and had a top notch experience. The store is pristine and the service is one of the best in Boston retail I have experienced. I was helped by the wonderful Manolo, who welcomed me and guided me through the many store offerings. He is very knowledgeable of the Brand's history and craftsmanship, making him a wonderful Bvlgari ambassador for this city. If you are looking casually or for any special occasion, highly recommend visiting this location. Thank you to Manolo and the rest of the staff for making my visit feel personal, efficient and memorable.

  I have always associated Bulgari with exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and service, but my experience with Wen has truly elevated that even further. Wen has taken such wonderful care of me and has made every interaction feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely special. He takes the time to understand what I am looking for, remembers the details that matter, and is always incredibly attentive without ever making the experience feel pressured or transactional. What stands out most is Wen’s personal touch. He has a wonderful way of making you feel valued and cared for, and that level of service is increasingly rare. His knowledge of Bulgari, attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth are exceptional and exactly what you would hope to experience from a house of this caliber. Bulgari is an extraordinary brand, but people are ultimately what make an experience memorable. Wen is one of those people. I am incredibly appreciative of the care he has shown me and wanted to make sure his exceptional service was recognized. Thank you, Wen, for always going above and beyond and for making every Bulgari experience such a pleasure.

  I had an excellent experience! Wen was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different watches, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured. The entire staff was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their customer service was outstanding

  I walked in earlier today on a whim and was greeted by Manolo. He showed me around and introduced me to such beautiful pieces! He took such great care of me and he was so fun. I look forward to come back soon! If you come, the sales associates will take very good care of you. Thank you Manolo for such a great experience!
