  I had a bracelet repaired and was very clear with the representative about the exact length I wanted. When I picked it up, the bracelet was not the length I had requested, even though I had to pay for the repair. Now I’m being told I have to pay a second fee to have it corrected to the length I originally requested. I don’t think customers should have to pay twice because the repair wasn’t completed as instructed the first time. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected the work order to be followed and, if a mistake was made, for it to be corrected without charging me again. I hope the company takes more care in listening to customers’ requests and stands behind its repair services.

  ZERO STARS. Just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They do not stand by their products. We’ve been Tiffany & Co. customers for 30 years, have half a dozen pieces. None of them performed as poorly as the piece we purchased this year, including the same necklace purchased decades ago for my daughter. The clerk assured me they’re still using the same artisans and products, but in my own experience, the materials are not equal. And don’t wear anything you buy from them unless you’re 100% sure you’ll keep it as they don’t accept worn pieces. I wore it for 24 hours before deciding the quality wasn’t what we were accustomed to. Shame on you Tiffany & Company. We’re done with you.

  La peor experiencia con Mauna la verdad deberían de buscar gente que atienda bien que sea más amable tanto dinero que uno da en estas tiendas y que te atiendan así no gracias chica deberías de buscar otro trabajo la atención al cliente no es para ti ….

  While I was excited to buy jewelry from Tiffany and company because I always wanted a necklace I bought one maybe 2-3 return to Tiffany necklaces and one one small ball necklace and bracelet and earrings with the return to Tiffany logo although I bought them at different times mainly years apart I would never have thought that they would sell me cheap knock off fake jewlry that wouldn’t even pass a magnet test at the pawnshop it was reactive to the magnet and should not have been I won’t say how disappointing it was to find out I was dupped at Tiffany but paid the real price for it so disappointing I will never purchase anything from the indianapolis store ever again all fake the first 2013 and the others were purchased in 2020 and December 2022at the keystone and the crossing location I contacted the store and was told nothing they could do about it not they would replace it for the real thing or nothing just oh no acknowledgment or nothing or refund I don’t even want a refund I just want what I paid for sterling silver jewelry not this fake metal jewlry if I could give zero stars I would have sent them to be cleaned several times
