Krystal is marvelous person! I stopped by just to watch a few items but because of her positive energy and friendly suggestions I ended up buying a bracelet!!!! Definitely will be back to buy something else only because of Krystal !

I've been to this location twice and both times was not acknowledged or assisted. We spent about 10 minutes in there this last visit without anyone even looking in our direction. I worked with sales people online and via telephone, for my husbands ring, they were very nice and helpful.
Ignored for 10 minutes in a luxury store.
I went into the David Yurman store to look for a bracelet as a birthday gift. My husband and I were in the store for about 10 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us. I was browsing the displays while my husband sat in the seating area waiting, and no one even said hello.
Meanwhile, customers who came in after us were greeted and helped while we were completely ignored.
At one point a sales associate walked past me while taking another customer out and asked me to move aside. She didn’t say anything like “someone will help you shortly.” Nothing. I assumed she would come back after seeing the customer out, but she never did.
For a luxury brand, this kind of service is unacceptable. Even a simple “please wait for a moment” would have been fine. Instead, we were completely ignored and eventually left without buying anything and decided to spend our money somewhere else.
We walked in ready to spend money on a birthday gift and walked out feeling like we didn’t matter as customers. I used to like this brand, but after this, I won't be coming back.
Management should really look into the customer service at this location.
