  Very bad experience! A few weeks ago I bought two mascaras for gift, and asked for too packages . But very unfriendly lady said NO it’s only one per customer , it’s not big deal really, but how she said that was very rude!

  We bought sunglasses this couple weeks ago. I got them as a present when I opened them up. I just didn't have the impression of a $800 sunglasses. They had that out of shelf tag on they were a cricket. anyway, we went back to the store and tried to talk to the sellers. The manager wasn't there. I wasn't really happy. They didn't even offer for all these hustle and feeling to give something extra. They told us to come back on a Monday, of course with our busy time we said like whatever the manager knew that we were there never called back to even find out what's the issue what they can do to fix it what would be nice? Plus we spent extra money for perfume and some make up on top of the sunglasses.. definitely will not go back there again

  Love that we have this beautiful Chanel beauty boutique in the area! Perfect place for a gift and the ladies there are super helpful!
