I had such a wonderful experience with Ewa Rainko during my recent visit to Chanel. From the moment I met her, she was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. She made me feel genuinely valued and important as a client.
What stood out most to me was how informative and thoughtful she was throughout the fragrance experience. Rather than simply recommending perfumes, she took the time to understand my personal preferences. She had me select images that appealed to me and asked what I liked about each one. Based on my responses, she then introduced me to fragrances through blind smelling, which made the experience feel incredibly personal and special.
Ewa was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely engaged in helping me discover a fragrance that felt like me. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. She also went above and beyond by helping me find a Chanel beauty book that I had thought I had missed, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
I left feeling not only excited about my new fragrance, but also truly appreciated as a Chanel client. Ewa created the kind of personalized and memorable experience that makes you want to return to Chanel. She is a wonderful representation of the warmth, elegance, and exceptional service I associate with the Chanel brand.
Thank you, Ewa, for making my visit so special. I truly appreciate the time, care, and attention you gave me. Every time I come into this location it’s always a great experience 🩷
I went in to buy my wife some perfume for her birthday. I had researched some perfumes that had the aromas she preferred. I asked for it, and the associate recommended another perfume that I actually liked better. When I told thy them what it was for, they wrapped it beautifully and gave her some other samples she might like. I was impressed. It was a little pricey, but I know she will like it.
Thank you for the wonderful little gifts!🎁 🤩🫶
I love this store—everyone is so nice and helpful! Excellent service! 🤍🖤🤍🖤

The absolute worst luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase anything from Chanel again.
As a college student, buying my first pair of Chanel sunglasses was a huge splurge for me. I spent around $500–600, expecting exceptional customer service and quality. Instead, I was met with the complete opposite.
The first pair of sunglasses was extremely heavy and left marks on my nose, so I went back to return them. The sales associate, Jacqueline, never inspected the sunglasses when she sold them to me or when I brought them back. She didn’t even ask about the tag—she simply took them back. I found another pair I liked, thinking I was returning the first pair and purchasing a new one, but instead she processed it as an exchange without explaining that to me.
After that, I went back to the boutique four separate times trying to return the second pair. On my first visit, I was told they couldn’t take them because there was “no tag,” even though the tag was in the bag the entire time. On another visit, an associate was about to process the return until she examined the sunglasses with a magnifying glass and claimed there was a tiny scratch. The problem? They sold me the exact display pair that everyone had been trying on. No one inspected them before selling them to me, yet somehow I was being held responsible for a scratch.
I was repeatedly told to speak with the manager. I was promised a call that never came. I returned again, only to find the manager wasn’t there. When I came back yet another time, the manager refused to help and incorrectly claimed that my return window started on the date I bought the original pair, even though I had exchanged them for a different pair. That made absolutely no sense.
Throughout this entire experience, the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. I even brought both of my parents with me, hoping someone would finally resolve the issue professionally, but nothing changed.
I never imagined I’d have to file a credit card dispute over a pair of Chanel sunglasses, but that’s exactly where this experience has led. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I also find it unacceptable that a Chanel boutique would sell customers the exact display sunglasses that have been handled by countless people without properly inspecting them first.
Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
Horrible customer service the sale representatives are rude and did not care for customer service. They sell sunglasses that are on display with so many scratches on them.
