  Do not recommend it! Receive a necklace as a gift, and did not have a chance to wear it. As I opened it up, the necklace is completely tarnished. The store wanted to charge me 20$ to clean it. It is still in its box, brand new and they could not help me. This is not a cheap store or a necklace, the fact that they do not offer anything to keep their jewelry looking as it should is just appaling.

  I love this store tremendously; their customer service improves everytime I walk in. I've bought stuff mostly for myself and get it cleaned and everytime I walk in they always make me feel like I'm a VIP. Keep it up Tiffanys! Your location is the best!
