I had an amazing experience in Travelle at the Langham. My server Danny was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Outstanding service and a great experience. Thank you, Danny! See you next time.

I frequently visit Travelle for work lunches. It’s been more and more disappointing.
Food is typically adequate, and as part of a luxury hotel, it could be a lovely setting. However, seating in the main dining hall near windows offers a view of parking and an alleyway. Staff is slow and often seems preoccupied. I have never been to the restaurant when it is more than 1/4 seated.
Their Response to inquiries ( calls and email) after a recent visit, have gone unanswered.
Previously, I had been a repeat customer. Though, I believe that the Peninsula, and the St. Regis offer better options.
Disappointed.

We had a rather disappointing experience overall. We waited about 25 minutes for a table for brunch, and by the time we were finally seated, the brunch menu was already over, so we had to order from the lunch menu instead.
The service was also extremely slow, it took another 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The risotto was good, but the burger was quite dry and felt fairly unsophisticated for a restaurant at this level. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.

Nice restaurant, very busy in the morning, it was so loud I couldn't hear my self thinking. Ordered the French toast, it came burned on the edges and soggy inside. Waited s long time for food.

Great views, very bad service, overpriced cocktails for what they actually are. Bar is up on the second floor of the hotel. Drinks were good but would recommend most other comparable cocktail bars that will charge less for better service.
