I called to get information on a new perfume and I was half hour on the phone and no one picked up the phone and this is supposed to be a Dior store.

Very disappointing experience. I was not greeted by an associate. She looked at me but I was made to approach her. I said what I was looking for and she pointed and replied "its over there". Oookay...so I walked over to the area by myself, then had to return to the front of the store where the associate remained and said I wanted to make the purchase. She was not rude in a sense, but very dismissive and did not go out of her way to help at all. At the very least walk me to the area of interest. Don't just point and say its over there. I guess being male in a tanktop and jean shorts creates a certain judgement?! Luckily I didnt go full on Pretty Woman. Very disappointed. Will shop online from now on. Thank you.
I was very disappointed with my recent shopping experience with Dior. I placed an order for the 30 Montaigne heeled slides in a size 39, only to have it canceled two days later due to the item being out of stock. I then reordered the shoe in a size 37, hoping to make it work, and after waiting five more days, that order was also canceled for the same reason.
For a luxury brand, inventory management and communication should be much better. Having an item available for purchase twice, only to later discover it is out of stock, creates frustration and diminishes the overall shopping experience. The shoes are beautiful, but the repeated cancellations and lack of inventory accuracy left me disappointed.

How can a major brand employ staff who treat customers with disdain—simply because I am Asian? I forgot to take a photo of her name, but I noticed she appeared to be the oldest employee in the store. I spent a significant amount of money to purchase a Lady Dior bag—$5,800, which came to nearly $6,400 after tax. I specifically asked her to provide a brand-new item, yet she took the display model, boxed it up, and handed it to me. Upon inspecting it, I realized it was the display piece and requested an exchange. She went into the back room but then brought the very same bag back out; I could still see scratches on it—I suspect she had merely gone to wipe it down to make the scratches less visible. I pointed this out again and reiterated that I needed a new one. Only then did she finally tell me that this particular model was out of stock! When I told her I would choose a different model instead, she visibly scowled and displayed her annoyance right in front of me. I simply cannot accept such a contemptuous attitude. I believe the management of such a prestigious brand needs to seriously re-evaluate this sales associate's professional conduct; if she treats me this way, she will undoubtedly treat other customers the same way. The date of my purchase was March 29th, at 4:30 PM.
