  I had an amazing experience with Mee Kim Chavez at Bvlgari Chicago. Beautiful store located conveniently on Michigan Ave. Everyone in the store was gracious and lovely, and Mee helped me exchange an item for a Bvlgari Bvlgari malachite ring that I’ve had my eye on. It was located in Boston and she had it shipped to me in a timely manner. Would definitely shop here again!

  Mee was warm and kind, and gave us a great look at the Serpenti collection, which was amazing. I came away extremely impressed by Bvlgari’s jewelry craftsmanship, and the new Octo Finissimo is worth a look in person!

  My fiancé and I went to Bvlgari Chicago to look at a wedding band for him, and working with Mee was wonderful. She is incredibly warm, kind, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire selection process with so much care, making us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. I ended up purchasing the ring shortly after, and the entire experience couldn't have been better!! Thank you again Mee! 🤍

  BVLGARI is located between the Rush Street and Gold Coast shopping districts in Chicago, surrounded by many luxury jewelry boutiques. Despite the competition, BVLGARI truly stands out from the rest. I traveled four hours to visit this location, and it did not disappoint. The boutique has a lavish and sumptuous atmosphere that perfectly reflects the brand's prestige. Even more impressive was the exceptional customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. During my visit, I purchased a Malachite Divas' Dream necklace and could not be happier with my choice. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of the materials are outstanding. Overall, this was a memorable luxury shopping experience, and I would highly recommend the Chicago BVLGARI boutique to anyone looking for fine jewelry and first-class service.

Rather than being pushy, she took the time to thoughtfully match pieces to my style and helped me find exactly what felt right for me. What stood out most was her genuine understanding of luxury and craftsmanship. She even recognized the handbag I was carrying without any visible logos — a detail that immediately showed her level of expertise and eye for quality.
