  Alexandria was amazing! I came in with my mom looking for an engagement ring and she showed us her favorite pieces. She made my mom feel like the happiest person during the process and unlike most jewelry stores where they really try to push a sale, she was just listening to her questions and giving us all the information we asked for. Needless to say I’m more than happy with the purchase and glad she worked with us. Waimea and Maui will be forever etched in our lives. Mahalo to Alexandria. Can’t wait to visit again after our marriage.

  We had an amazing experience at this location with Grace! She was so helpful and let my daughter try on all the pieces she liked. It was her first Tiffany’s piece for her 13th birthday and she made the experience so special. She took her time with us and pulled out all the stops for my daughter. Thank you so much Grace!

  If I’m purchasing Tiffany jewelry, I always wait until I’m on the Hawaiian islands. Typically discounted a bit from online prices, and customer service is always excellent. This was my second purchase at this location. I wish I could remember the name of the kind person who assisted me, she was from Japan. Very helpful and patient, also polished a ring I had on. Mahalo!
