- CGCathy GarrettJul 1, 20231.0Treated badly by someone who appeared to be a manager dressed in formal military type wear. I was on vacation, lost in this huge mall due to a slight family emergency and I needed directions. This manager looked me up and down, I was casually dressed, as I walked out she spewed what sounded to be negative slang toward me in front of a patron she appeared to highly regard as if she were securing the area. Shame on this haughty manager’s bitter customer service toward anyone who could be a customer at another time.
