  We had such a wonderful experience with Laura at Chanel. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient and attentive. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What we appreciated most was how personable and genuine she was. She made the entire experience enjoyable and her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. We felt genuinely taken care of, and we feel her passion for the brand. She is truly and exceptional ambassador for Chanel. Thank you Laura, for such a memorable experience!

  Stopped in here just to take a look at bags. Janet helped me and showed me a few pieces I asked to see. She was so nice and friendly, and we chatted about the new collection. I didn’t end up purchasing anything but had such a positive experience in this store!

  Angie was absolutely wonderful! She helped me secure the last beautiful boy Chanel wallet and showed such kindness and grace to my little one.
