  Terrible service from the SA with the terribly dyed red hair. Walked in looking for the maxi flap bag, told me that’s not what the bag is actually called and didn’t bother to offer showing me it or asking what I was looking for. By the way, it’s called the maxi flap bag online. Perhaps they are new and need proper training, poorly informed, or should take it up with headquarters instead of me. I did a quick lap and promptly walked out.
