  Ray’s service was exceptional. He was very respectful and gave his undivided attention and was super patient and helpful and provided so much information that it made the buying experience exceptional. I was so happy to spend my money at Chanel because of Ray’s exceptional service. If it wasn’t for him, not sure if I would have been as comfortable.
