  I came here just to browse around, but with Karen Choe around, I knew I had to leave with a purchase or I would have regretted it. Karen was incredibly helpful throughout my experience and very knowledgeable about Chanel. She made the entire shopping experience so much fun with her humor, friendly personality, and genuine conversation. She made me feel so comfortable and never pressured. I would highly recommend shopping at this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Karen!

  Terrible service from the SA with the terribly dyed red hair. Walked in looking for the maxi flap bag, told me that’s not what the bag is actually called and didn’t bother to offer showing me it or asking what I was looking for. By the way, it’s called the maxi flap bag online. Perhaps they are new and need proper training, poorly informed, or should take it up with headquarters instead of me. I did a quick lap and promptly walked out.
