  I had a very disappointing experience with Anita. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were not addressed, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I expected much better communication and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.

What truly stood out was the time he took to share the rich history of Tiffany & Co., making our visit feel so much more meaningful than just a shopping trip. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail were incredible.   I am no stranger to luxury shopping and my last few visits at Cartier and Van Cleef have been mediocre. Even the Tiffany store at Lenox is just okay. But I went into the Tiffany at Phipps and was helped by Maryam and she’s a gem! She had truly brought back the luxury shopping experience. It doesn’t matter if you’re browsing, buying something that’s $2k, or spending $10k+ she makes you feel like a princess. She has made me a Tiffany customer for life.
