  Shana was wonderful. Great customer service and she was extremely knowledgeable a out the products. I was there to smell the extrails of which 1937 and Iles Des were among my favorites. She also shared that more Extraits will be arring in July.

  We had an amazing experience at the Chanel store. We came in looking to purchase a few pairs of sunglasses as gifts and for my wife, and I also purchased some hand creams. The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what she was talking about and gave us excellent suggestions without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured. She made the entire shopping experience phenomenal and truly represented the Chanel brand in the best way possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the store and the brand look amazing. I would definitely recommend this location, and we will absolutely be going back.

  Michelle made my Chanel shopping experience so special. She was incredibly sweet, and attentive. I truly enjoyed shopping there and appreciated how thoughtful and helpful she was throughout the experience. I’m already excited to come back and see her again.
