I’ve always had good experiences at David Yurman, but Jerri went above and beyond. I came in for a size exchange, and even though she didn’t make a commission, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive.
Genuine customer service like that is hard to find now days. I’ll definitely be coming back and making future purchases with Jerri!

Top notch staff, buying experience, and selection of men's jewelry. Samantha and Donald were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly over the phone and in store helping me find a piece that best compliments my watch. This was my first piece of jewelry outside of watches and I'll definitely be going back to expand my DY collection.

I’ve been to David yurman several times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. No one greets you when you walk in or even acknowledges that you’re waiting for help. The employees seem too busy with other customers, and nobody checks on you or lets you know they’ll be with you shortly. I’m not sure if they are understaffed, but the service experience has been terrible every time I’ve visited.
What’s even more frustrating is that I purchased a bracelet and chain set from them, and both pieces have had issues. The clasp on the bracelet opened and I lost the charm, and now the clasp on the chain has also broken. For the amount of money spent on jewelry, I expected much better quality and customer care. Very disappointed.
Marianna helped me find the perfect piece. Super helpful. Great atmosphere and lots of excellent inventory in the store! THANK YOU!
